| Service Performed: | Trouble shoot and fix tow vehicle lights (previously warranty work completed also) | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We were ready to leave for a 300 mile trip when we hooked up our tow vehicle for the first time. We were unable to get the turn signals and brake lights to work. Hawley's service folks tested everything and finally determined what needed to be done to get us on our way. This was on a hot Friday afternoon and included working in a downpour. We've had the motorhome 4 months and we have been happy with the service departments dedication to making things right. | ||
