POOR, with a new inspection sticker out the door the
brake lines blew out. They then wanted to charge me to fix it until I threatened to call the PA State Police to file a complaint on their inspection process |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This is my 4th RV from Indian Valley. The purchase prices of an RV might not be the best, but my experience with their service department is 1st class. NEVER had to bring any of my RVs back twice for the same thing. These guys KNOW...full time professional RV mechanics, the office staff, never a problem, either. That's why I continue to buy from them and absolutely have confidence in their service department. | ||

Warranty Repairs: Recharge AC, check water lines.
Scheduled appointment for 8AM, made on the 9th. After over two and half hours they NEVER got to the unit! No courtesy. No call to reschedule. No notification that it would not be the first unit in - as promised by service writer. Total disregard for the commandment of "service". This was the second time I was at INDIAN VALLEY CAMPING CENTER. First was for another small warranty problem. Upon return to me the inside floors, bathroom walls filthy - dirt and hand prints all over the walls and fixtures. Hey, everyone is entitled to a second shot; but these guys are a bunch of ding a lings at this joint!! DO NOT expect any professionalism at INDIAN VALLEY CAMPING CENTER. |
