Repair leaking roof, cracked window.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Excellent work. Poor communications with customer (always had to contact them; never contacted me). Owner (?) expressed concern about where the rig was purchased (apparently he felt he had lost business to an on-line dealer) but did perform work under warranty when shown that the rig was purchased from retail dealer in own state (was visiting in the area at the time of repairs).
