Service Performed:
Supposed to perform VIS check.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
They took our truck for a few hours and did only superficial inspection. Found no problems where many existed. We took the truck to another shop next week and found bad bearings, brakes, seals, etc., all which should have been found by Lilley International, if they did a VIS check. Charged $261.73 for essentially nothing.
