Basement A/C in 2009 Winnebago Vectra stopped functioning. Chuck and Tom told Coleman what was needed was new unit but Coleman denied claim so they attempted repair. Failed again. They convinced Coleman we needed new unit. Works great!

Excellent. Experts at A/C, refrigeration. When it failed second time, they came to campground at no charge to see what problem was. They are a small operation but know what they are doing. If you're anywhere near Richmond, VA, this is the place to go.

Main A & E awning replaced from storm damage. Then on 9-30-09 I returned and had the door awning motor replaced.

They were very cautious. It took three men at times and they were very careful to not scratch the coach. They also handled some warranty issues with Dometic, which wasn't an easy task. My second repair took exactly two hours, which was what I was quoted. I will use them again without hesitation when in the Northern Virginia area. Their labor rate was $80 an hour. Mr. Kaeser has been in the RV repair business for over 25 years and is very knowledgeable.

Top notch people, when I called they squeezed me in the following day, when they found out the problem they called Equalizer on their own to get the part and had me go back at a later date to complete the repair. They told me it was no charge that Equalizer would pay the bill. That to me is service as they are not a dealer nor a Equalizer authorized repair service, they just took it upon themselves.
Anybody breaking down in this area they have mobile service also, I would highly recommend.
