I called ahead for an appointment several days before we were to arrive in the area. Tim assigned us a date and said to arrive early and they would take
care of my required list. We arrive right at 8 AM they has us back on the road by 11:30. Being a Freightliner Oasis dealer they had a great lounge which my wife, cat and dog were very comfortable during our stay. Can't say enough good things about Tim and his mechanics. |

| Service Performed: | I was towed in to Freightliner of Kalamazoo because my hydraulic hose to the radiator cooling fan and power steering had come into contact with the exhaust pipe and had melted a hole in the hose. Freightliner had a hose manufactured and installed the hose and refilled my hydraulic system with hydraulic fluid. In being towed the exhaust on my generator was damaged and Freightliner was also able to have a replacement made by a local muffler/exhaust shop and installed it as well. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The work was done very, very professionally and as quickly as one could expect given that the hose and exhaust had to be manufactured. All personnel were extremely courteous and a pleasure to deal with. | ||
