Service Performed:   I your chassis has a problem while you are in Billings MT, consider yourself lucky. We had a low air pressure alarm while pulling into the parking space
for the night. We called Coach-Net to get the service process started. Coach-Net explained that they could get a mobile technician to come out and
try to find and fix the problem, but if they did that and it would have to be towed to do the repair the towing would be at our expense. If we elected to
have it towed then looked at then Coach-Net would pay for the towing. Obviously, we choose option two and decided to have it towed. Coach-Net
select Hanser's for the tow and subsequent repair. The first thing that Hanser's did was to send a mobile mechanic before towing, in this case the
towing would still be covered. The technician, Ron, showed up at our door, within 5 minutes had the problem diagnosed. He took 15 minutes to go
get the part and 10 minutes to install, problem solved.

Hanser's, as a result of sending the mobile tech, lost out on a $400 tow charge to Coach-Net, and got us back on the road in less than an hour.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent, they did what was right for the customer rather than do the most costly option. In this case the customer was treated with an honest effort to
get us back on the road, rather than to do it the way Hanser's would get the most income.
