Service Performed:  
Repaired recall on refrigerator within 1.5 hours, but while unit was there and left unlocked by Shipps someone went into motorhome and went through cabinets, drawers and jumped out side window leaving window, screen open. DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES and ASK SHIPPS TO KEEP MOTORHOME LOCKED.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
Work appears to be good, but lack of security is very poor and Shipps seems to have the attitude that it's not their problem. We will be seeking another repair company for the future.
