Date of Service:
6/1/2007

Work Done on:
Travel Trailer

Service Performed:
Replacing old, leaking water pump.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Replaced water pump, but neglected to open all valves properly. On camping trip following weekend, pump moving nothing but air, not pulling any water from MAIN fresh water tank. Called from campground, all they could suggest
was "check the fittings at the pump, try to build up pressure." Bringing it back in after trip, they advised they "didn't know my trailer had TWO fresh water tanks". However, someone must have known that, since they had filled the main tank halfway when they were replacing the pump.
Also, they said it would be ready for pickup when I got there after work on the 2nd trip back on this issue, and it was not ready for pickup when I came (electric still hooked up, water heater still draining, keys had to be located). No apology offered for the trouble, problem. Would not frequent this RV dealer again!
