Excellent. Called Dakota RV and made a 1pm appointment. Later that day when I returned, it was already done. The technician (wish I had caught his name)
was highly experienced and was very helpful; the guy really knew his stuff. The manager, Cole, scheduled the work and coordinated with my extended
warrant company; I didn't even have to call them. On the whole, Dakota RV was quick, expert, organized, efficient, helpful and reasonably priced.

Refrigerator lost all power (thus no cooling); called Dakota RV late afternoon of 9/14 and was told to bring in our coach first thing the next morning (8:00 a.m. - 9/15), which I did.
I spoke initially with Donna Maloney, General Manager, who then put me over to the Service Manager, Cole Foster.
Kevin, the tech got right on it and found the problem being two corroded wires (from a recent ice-maker water leak that had just been corrected). Kevin checked out the system and found that all other items were good and working.
Kevin replaced the wires and connectors and corrected the non-power issue for our Norcold Refrigerator.

I found Dakota RV fast, efficient, and honest in their dealings with me on the repair of my refrigerator in my Monaco coach. Keven, the tech, was knowledgeable and professional in his approach as well as correction of the problem. Cole Foster, the Service Manager was very through in explaining what they found and what was needed to correct the problem.
I was in and out in less than one hour...and only charged for 1/2 hour of labor. I was very satisfied with the charges made by Dakota RV. And the good news was that it was not major and we lost no food.
I recommend Dakota RV for RV service, and I will continue to use them in the future when possible.
