| Evaluation of Service Performed: | After our ice storm early in 2012, I took my beautiful Arctic Fox coach to Lentz for insurance work. First they started the work before my insurance company approved it. So it sat at their establishment for weeks with the roof off/opened up. When they did return it to me, it was returned without the window that was damaged by a tree. I had to wait an additional ten days for the window to be installed. It was returned to me with splinters and leaves and sawdust in all my cupboards and closets. Now only 7 months later, my rear window, the new one they installed, is leaking badly. The front window that they caulked but did not replace, is leaking. I fear the "new roof" will leak soon also. They were rude, impossible people to deal with. My insurance paid them $8400 for this poor workmanship. You are asking for trouble if you get involved with people like Mike Lentz and Dave. | ||

Our motorhome did not have an awning when we first bought it from a friend of ours. We checked around various places and it wasn't looking good. We
were told to check out Lentz's place on Mt Highway. My God, what a cool place!...Tommy was the guy that checked things out for us. He said, "I think I might be able to put some together for you." We left our baby there. in less than a week Dave called us and said come and pick it up! It's all done!! What!!! No way! We cruised out and Voila!....What a super job! they did. Tommy gave us a crash course on how to work the awning. He went on to point out that the sewer tanks brackets were in danger of busting off. He went ahead and fabricated a new bracket. He said, "I used some scrap stuff around the place"..."I don't feel right charging you. How about a few dollars for the welding rod?" We are life customers. |

These guys are best thing since sliced bread. Their work is meticulous. They are people...If you're friendly with them...they are double friendly back. They
took care of my wife and me. I recommend them highly. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I called Mike and he gave me a over the phone estimate, when I taken the RV to his facility, I asked him about the repair on the door (basement door) Mike called me a few days later and said the dealer did the seal job wrong and gave me another estimate. I OK'd the work when the job was complete, I went in to pick the RV up and I was beyond belief that the job was completed and it looked just great, his folks did a spectacular job, on budget, on time. | ||

| Service Performed: | REPLACEMENT OF FILON SKIN 8 X 16 FRONT OF CAMPER REPLACE DECALS AND PUT BACK TO BETTER THAN ORIGINAL CONDITION. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | LENTZ'S DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WRITTEN ESTIMATE OF REPAIRS! RATHER THEY CUT CORNERS AND ONLY REPLACED AN 8X10 SHEET OF FILON WHILE CHARGING ME $864.00 FOR AN 8X16 SHEET OF FILON! WHICH PUT A SEEM ON MY CAMPER THAT DOESN'T BELONG, ON TOP OF THAT LENTZ ALSO INSTALLED A USED PIECE OF MOLDING TO COVER SEEM UNDER CAB OVER. OH AND IT DOESN'T STOP HERE LENTZ ALSO TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO LEAVE OFF MY CLEARANCE LIGHTS OFF THE FRONT OF CAMPER WHILE ALSO INSTALLING THE WRONG DECAL! AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION OF OUR CAMPER WE FOUND SCREW TIPS POKING THROUGH THE NEW FILON THEY REPLACED. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH LENTZ'S RV REPAIR INC. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!! MIKE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF! | ||

The folks know what they are doing and have just about anything you would ever need in stock. If they don't they will order it poste haste! | ||
