  Service Performed:   Trailer was dirty even though paid $1000 for full service. Never had salesman, service writer, AND mechanics outright lie to me before. Dropped trailer
and pushed up power front legs - did not notice until got home and had not way to prove they did it after I had taken it off the lot. Could not test gas auto
switch over because tanks were full - did it myself in 5 minutes. Could not explain why two regulators on gas system. Had to take truck back 3 times to
get 5th wheel hitch installed correctly. Left for service 3 times in first 3 months and each time they said it was ready when I got there they had missed
something and had to come back a second and third time to get it right! Considering suing. Have video of their attempt to try to show me everything
worked and they could not - had to get the shop manager to come out with tools to show the plumbing system; had not prepped trailer at all per the
$1000 plan. Have owned 5 travel trailers, truck camper, 3 motor homes. This is the worst experience with any dealership anywhere!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Have been to 3 different Camping World franchise in Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas. Everyone is disjointed in organization - took 2 hours and 5 people to get
1 propane tank filled at one place. Work is very poor, inexperienced service people who lie to you about what was done and the results.

  Service Performed:   New Purchase of travel trailer - - took it back for a laundry list of things that needed repair including leaking TV antenna and bottom cover sagging and riding on axles - took two trips to get TV antenna fixed (cabinet showed signs of leakage for some time) but they couldn't or wouldn't fix, and when they did attempt to repair they just put more sealer on the roof, and didn't bother replacing the 'O' ring that was the cause of the problem. I rest of the repairs, including a sagging kitchen table, doors that needed adjusting, a toilet flange a 1/2 inch out of level I just fixed myself - - Just didn't need the aggravation of dealing with these worthless people - - I may still take 'em to court

  Service Performed:   Work requested included a major furnace safety issue, no day/night shades, kitchen sink water leak, outside shower water leak, closet light cover, warped kitchen table, etc.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   The outside shower leak was repaired and the kitchen table was replaced. NO other items were repaired, including the major furnace issue! Stay away from this dealer!! This service department is useless. They lied to us on several occasions.

Repair of cracks on rear cap;and rubbed out paint over-spray from defects intentionally hidden either by the dealer or the manufacturer. Out of list of 21 defects to be repaired under warranty, only two were corrected and the crack repairs are superficial and do not address the cause.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Crack cover-up= very good! Every thing else was done poorly or not done at all! (again, the cause was not addressed)

This dealer even had the audacity to damage our coach and try to tell me I must have hit a tree with it! I would never have caught the fact they did it until I opened the basement door which was not of the same year class as the others on the coach; They even replaced the door clips with USED, PAINTED WHITE door holders! I can only speak for my experience but I would have to say they are the shoddiest/ shadiest business I have ever dealt with in my 55 years on this earth!

This dealer had my coach for 3 months the first visit and 3 weeks just this past year and did nothing to make amends for what should have been easy repairs!

  Service Performed:   Purchased 2006 clean motorhome home, sales people were excellent. Financing was great. Checking the motor home and knowledge of what was happening was terrible. I do know anything about motorhomes, they checked everything. The person taking us though did not know anything. I am very disappointed with the outcome. Sales were great and the service fell off the ball completely.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I an sorry for this evaluation but the work was not done well. Everything should work and but does it? Not sure, they were in a hurry to get me out the door. Not enough gas to get off the lot, generator in question, not sure if all the appliances work?
