  Service Performed:   We purchased our motorhome in 2011, and have probably had the unit in there 2 dozen times. On average it takes 3 visits before the problem gets
resolved. They have no customer service and once they have sale they truly don't care about trying to resolve issues.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Everything from mechanical to appliances and sound systems.

  Service Performed:   Had our 5th wheel in various times - always took longer than promised and had to go in several times. Last time they would not repair a leak in galley tank,
kept saying the parts were not in for slide, then supposedly fixed it but installed too small a motor back in it, stated could not get microwave replacement.
This all over a period of 4 months.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Slide failed while we were on holidays in U.S., had it repaired properly in Yuma by SunBum Repairs. Tedco found replacement microwave and replaced it
within a week. Traveland does not offer service and should not have a dealership.

  Service Performed:   Variety of warranty work on our 2006 Heartland, Bighorn 3055rl
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work has been completed, finally.I have 10 service repair orders. Lots of items carried over from one service to another. In Oct/06 unit was in for one month with 4.5 hours of work done. Talked to service manager and on Dec 4/07 was promised 3 days max, but got it back 1 month and 2 days later with 28.1 hrs. of work. The work completed is satisfactory, but the time at the dealer is not. It is now back in as of April,16/07. They had over 3 months to make an appointment for a subcontractor and that was not done, so I wait again.

In late December I asked that the owner call me and when I took the unit in April 16 remarked that I am still waiting for a call. Service man said he spoke to owner and I am still waiting as of April 26/07

  Service Performed:   Ladder Installation
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Dealer installed our factory-ordered ladder INCORRECTLY! Trailer came pre-blocked to secure ladder to specs and the ladder was not secured to this frame/blocking. Therefore, in two spots the ladder was just secured to the aluminum siding. When I complained the first time to the service staff, they said it was 'fine'. After some research, I complained again - this time to the service manager, and again, they still said it was 'fine' - don't worry about it. When I called the manufacturer and they told me it was NOT 'fine', the manufacturer got the ball rolling and the dealer FINALLY fixed it.
