Expensive, estimate was inflated over three times the amount of past
years service on past oil changes. Work on the estimate did not need to be completed. 2.5 hrs for an oil change, really. $30.00 to have an oil filter shipped across town. $40.00 for shop fees! $1528.85 total for oil change and inspection. Past years at other Freightliner Dealers across the county have been 351.00, 449.95 and 399.00, all totals!! All work at others was completed in a timely manner 6.5 billed hours on an oil change, they have you and they know it. Run for a different service center! |

Attentive, thorough, fast once replacement part received, and allowed us to remain in RV on premises without charge for water and electric until
repair completed. They kept us advised as things progressed and worked well with our extended warranty company. Thank you Tony, Scott, Russ, Lynn & Aaron for making this 2-week 'layover' such a stress-free experience! |

| Service Performed: | Hydraulic pump was damaged. Replacement was not available so the service manager devised a means of repair. The pump is working as good as it ever has. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We stopped here to get an oil change on our Winnebago RV. I choose this truck center because of a previous review on this site. A job that should have taken 2 hours turned into 3 hours before WE HAD to ask what was happening. Seems they got air in the line and couldn't get it started! Then an hour later, we saw it out of the shop and sitting there. 1/2 hour later, WE AGAIN HAD to go check it out. This was the worst service we have ever had!! | ||

Freightliner XC Chassis routine maintenance.
Cummins M1, M2, and M3 maintenance. Including engine oil change, filters, chassis lubrication and various maintenance checks. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Timely and reasonably priced. This center mainly services large over the road diesel tractor trailer rigs. Shop personnel were friendly and slightly abrupt probably from years of dealing with hardy truck drivers. I found the down to earth frankness refreshing knowing that my job was as important as the next and there were no favorites. The shop runs two full 8 hour shifts beginning at 7:00AM and takes work first come first served. We arriver at 6:45AM and all work was completed at 11:30AM. | ||
