| Service Performed: | Trailer was marooned there after my husband's illness a year and a half. I paid them to fix leaks but they jerry rigged one which broke on the second day of use. They stole the new optima blue top battery, and other items, broke out a screen and someone used it. I know this because I cleaned it thoroughly before it left Canada and had to clean it again upon retrieval. They lost the keys and the spare set provided to them by me. When I picked it up, "Ron" was great but I was sold an inferior battery for an inflated price and I had to purchase it to get home. I guess they thought it was OK to treat me this way because I was returning the trailer to Canada so I guess they are pretty sure they won't hear from me again, which is a valid assumption but not a good excuse for their behavior. | ||

| Service Performed: | REPLACE ALL SPRINGS ON AXLES, SPRINGS WERE NOT ADEQUATE FOR WEIGHT !!!!! FROM FACTORY | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | ALL SPRINGS WERE REPLACED, WITH SPRINGS THAT WOULD HOLD THE WEIGHT OF THE TRAILER. AND DONE IN RECORD TIME AND DONE RIGHT! BEST PLACE TO TAKE ANYTHING TO GET FIXED !! | ||
