Scheduled service repair for Motor A/C extended Warr.
They referred to Bergeys Truck. Then had rear HVAC
Carrier V compressor and fan stop working, had unit for
weeks could not repair, quoted for whole new unit at
2600 Extended Warranty they sold me rejected. Complained
many times on poor service to corporate mgr. Picked my
unit up and was given excuse after excuse, then blamed
lack of quality RV technicians

Was shorted on payment when referred to Bergeys for
Warranty repair, Could not complete HVAC repair
competently. Multiple service failures over and over in
my experience over the last two years. Great salespeople
but the service is really bad including warranty work.

After keeping rig for a month we find out that they have no one who knows how to repair the issue. Why did they not tell me
upfront so I could find a repair shop that could. NEVER use them for anything. WORK WAS NEVER DONE!

Purchased new pop-up unit from Media Camping in Hatfield, PA. A couple of years later we had a branch fall and pierce the hard top. It was out of warranty, and I opted to have their service department repair the hole. We did not take the unit out until the next spring, after covering it as usual for the winter. The hole leaked all winter, which we did not discover until we drove it to our favorite campground. There was extensive water damage inside; apparently the roof repair was not waterproof.

Media disavowed any responsibility, stating that "hey, you don't get a guarantee when you get your car tuned up, do you?". I've since sold that unit and bought a travel trailer, and even though they are close to where I live, I will not step foot in their establishment again for anything.

I made an appointment and was given an immediate appointment. They had the coach less than a week. I could have picked it up sooner but my work schedule had priority. All items were taken care of in a professional manner. The service manager spent time with me answering some of my how to questions. These people are great.

On March 2, I was preparing for our 1st trip in our motorhome. Tried to hook up the lights on the toad, nothing. Tired everything I could think of without luck. We were scheduled to leave March 4. Called Media in a panic, was told to bring the coach over the next morning. I got there in the rain, they pulled another motorhome out of the bay pulled mine in. In 10 minutes they found a loose connection. They were all very helpful and I can't say enough about the service on short notice.

Work done was worse than when we took it in. They fixed cosmetics, but not the cause of the problem in the first place. Complained to Fleetwood, and was told they have no control over dealerships. They were too far away for us to keep taking the RV back or checking on work that was to be done. Finally they
wore us down, and we didn't take the rig back any further repairs or warranty work. They and Fleetwood win - owner a big NO WIN.
