  Date of Service:   10/21/2008
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   On Tuesday, October 21, we (me, my wife and 2 dogs) were traveling through Columbia on our way from a campground near Montgomery City, MO to our home in Hillsboro. On the way, I had a short business meeting in Columbia at TimeLine Recruiting at 2103 Burlington. I was pulling my 32.5 UKTG HitchHiker II so I parked across the street in a large, empty parking lot. And, since I have had the experience of running my truck battery down while my RV was plugged into it, I unplugged and hung the cord over the side of my truck where I could see it when I left.

When I returned from my meeting and prepared to leave, you guessed it. I backed over my cord and tore it out of its connections in my fifth wheel. I had visions of being stranded for hours. I have AAA RV coverage so I called them, but they were of no help whatsoever. Fortunately I had seen the Loveall RV location just off of I-70 a few miles east of Columbia. I called them and Andrew answered the phone. At first it appeared that all of the service personnel were busy, but he put me on hold and said he would see what he could do. Shortly after that, Mike Beasley got on the phone and said he would be right out. He thought it sounded like something he could fix right there.

Mike arrived quickly and had my rig completely repaired in about 30 minutes. What could have been a disaster was easily resolved by a competent RV technician. Thank you to Mike and to Loveall RV for coming to our rescue. They definitely went above and beyond.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Mike's work was done quickly, economically and competently. Very satisfied with work he did.

  Date of Service:   8/20/2006
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Took Coach in for 2nd round of warranty work. Sound system (still not fixed), rear camera cable replacement, wind noise up front (second visit) and seat release replacement.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Took Coach on a month long trip to Florida and sound system is worse than before, wind noise is still annoying, and seat release broke again. Would not take Coach back to this dealer for any service issues due to quality of work.

  Date of Service:   5/1/2006
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Had Alfa Pusher in for warranty service on several items before MBA warranty was out. Included bad reversing valves on A/C, rear TV placement, furnace noise, replacement DVD, body repair and others that were not covered by warranty.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Took then 2 weeks for them to estimate for MBA and another 1 1/2 weeks to do what work they did. The whole time we were in a hotel, as we are fulltimers. They rewired the A/C backward, rear TV was in wrong, didn't fix the furnace noise and still charged for it, didn't know how to install the DVD so got it in the box and the body repairs lasted about a month.

They added the $100 deductible to the total bill and still wanted an additional $500. When I asked what the addition was for they said caulk. Well they didn't do any caulking.
When I insisted on seeing a itemized list of charges they said I was causing trouble and called the sheriff, impounded my coach and would take payment by debit card.
Since I had no other transportation, and wanted to get my "home", and being 15 miles from Columbia they had their clean-up guy take me to town to get cash from the bank.
By this point I was a basket case from the rude treatment.
I paid what they wanted and got the heck out of there and will never go back.

I called several times and asked them to audit my bill and of course they never got back to me. I told Alfa several times about how they were, hoping they would drop them.
