  Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   Made an appointment to service the generator in my
Diesel Motorhome. Their shop is on a narrow street
With cars parked on both sides of the street. Brian
met me as I drove up and began to give me instructions
on backing up to pull into their driveway. After
motioning for me to turn the wheel this way and that,
he said "Oops we just hit a truck behind us". He stood
by my drivers window and I watched his instructions and
followed them exactly. Brian and his manager now deny
that he was giving me instructions and that I backed
into the truck on my own. I told them that I expected
them to take care of the repair and not my insurance as
I have a $1,000.00 deductible and it could cause my
rates to go up. When my insurance adjuster talked to
them, they denied that Brian was anywhere near my coach
and I backed into the truck all on my own. I had been a
long time customer of theirs and am sorry that they
care so little for their customers. I have an eye
witness of Brian giving me instructions

  Service Performed:   Repaired leaking brake fluid, replaced hoses. Repaired A/C, not cooling. State inspection sticker
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Not only did they do an excellent job of accurately and quickly solving our problems but they came in under their estimate. They determined the brake problem was actually something less expensive to fix than we thought. Very nice employees throughout. We were referred by Ford because they are an authorized warranty center...no one else in the area was available as quickly as they were.
