  Service Performed:   Yearly maintenance, engine oil & filters, and generator oil & filters.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   As usual, awesome work by the technicians! I come here every year and have never been disappointed. During the oil change, they noticed that the engine
mount bolts were loose and corrected them. Kudos to Stacy (RV Care Manager) and Will (Service Writer). Job well done guys!

  Service Performed:   Periodic maintenance on engine and generator. Replace oil in front wheel bearing due to water.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Overall great work! I will go back again. However, I do not like their reservation system but it seems like common practice at other places too. They will take
your reservation but it's just for showing up. You have to wait to get it worked on, could be the same day or later. I had to wait two days!

  Service Performed:   1. Check engine light indicated low coolant level. Replaced coolant sensor.
2. Service ISL 400. Changed oil and oil filter, changed fuel filters, changed air filter and hydraulic reservoir filter. Lubricated chassis.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Arrived early afternoon and stayed in their "campground" overnight - 50 amp service & water. Worked started and completed the following day. Service
manager kept me informed of progress throughout. Rates are reasonable for a major company, however, being a member of the Cummins Power Club
helped offset some of the expense.

  Service Performed:   I had just purchased this 1999 Fleetwood American Dream motorhome. Because I am 2,600 miles from home I wanted a service on this unit. I wanted oil and all filters changed, all fluids checked, brakes adjusted. Mike Star said they would do a 29 point inspection. I also wanted them to check why my ABS light was on and they said they couldn't check it because they did not have the proper plug. This is totally bizarre for being an authorized Spartan Chassis Service Center. This was a total waste of time and money. I could feel and hear squealing coming from the front brakes throughout the trip. When I get home I toke it in for an inspection to find the left front wheel seal leaking. They failed to grease the unit, still crusted dirt on the grease nipples. I complained to Mike Star and he said he would check into it but nothing ever happened. I filled out a survey for Cummins Coach Care on-line explaining the issues but nothing ever happened.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Very poor workmanship and lack of service for a Cummins shop. This company is a bunch of crooks and really should refund my money. Good thing I didn't have any serious issues on my way home.

  Service Performed:   Change belts, hoses, oil, coolant, service , air dryer $1300
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Knew I was in trouble as soon as I started the coach - screamed like a banshee and voltmeter low as they had put on the wrong alternator belt. After much procrastination and swearing by the "mechanic", said they did not have the proper belt. Fortunately, I carry spares and they FINALLY got it on. Suspicious of what else may have been done wrong (or if it was done at all). Since this was a Sunday, I was told there was no one to complain to.

Cummins Power South owns most if not all of the other Cummins franchises in central/South FL. Although a friend said the franchise at Ocala was OK (if expensive), I would not go back to any of their facilities.
