| Service Performed: | Asked for full roof inspection. Find leak in front corner. Redo seals where needed. All of them if need be. Specifically asked if all seals should be done on a 7 year old trailer. Fix awning. They spot sealed one corner. Said they fixed awing. Treated roof. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | AWFUL!!! Only patched one seal corner. I questioned the spot seal job. They said it would be fine. They said they fixed my awning. Said they cleaned and treated roof. Left first message at 12:00 stating work starting. Left another at 1:20 saying it was ready. Charged me around $500 for 80 minutes of work. Said they "charge by the job". I questioned how proper work could be done in that much time. Took it back in beginning of Feb. Still leaking. Sealed whole front cap. Leaked again. Took it elsewhere. Awning was NOT fixed. Went out of alignment after 1st opening. The molding had separated from fiberglass side. Leaked severely. Had to move out of home, move to new repair shop. They sealed EVERYTHING, FIXED awning, fixed molding for just a little more, did it right. I will be demanding a refund from Camping World. Poor isn't even a low enough rating for their terrible service. | ||

| Service Performed: | Installed Roadmaster tow bar system and Brakemaster auxiliary air brake system on our 07 Allegro Bus and 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Also installed 2 MaxxAir Fantastic Fan Vent Covers. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | They did a superb job on everything. I was truly impressed with the quality of the work, and the care shown by the tech who did the install. He also did a fine job of showing us how everything works and how to hook it all up. | ||
