I bought my pop up here and it needed some warranty work done. When I first made my appointment, I was told the next available appointment was in a month! I was dumbfounded. But OK. I also sent them pictures of the problem like they asked me to about 10 days before the appointment with a note saying if they think they needed to order any parts etc and needed to put off the repair, to let me know. The day of the appointment came around and I took my trailer in... and they didn't even have my appointment scheduled! They then told me it might be 2-3 weeks before the parts came in!! It is a total mess.

Regardless of how this turns out, their customer service and organization is horrible.

These guys are top notch all the way around. From sales to service. They not only fixed the vent, but put a better one in all under warranty at no charge while I waited. I will buy from them again when the time comes.
