| Service Performed: | I took my 2006 American Eagle to Coachmen RV Service for insurance work. I was clipped by a horse trailer resulting in about $18k in damage. I must say that Nathan, my Service Adviser was quite professional. The work was done as promised and completed a week early. While I was there I went ahead and had a few accessories added to the coach. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Great job. after several failed trips to my dealer, I gave up on getting my coach repaired. My neighbor owns a Coachmen and told me about his experience with the Regional service center and told me that they serviced all makes. I called and scheduled the appointment. One trip, a few hundred bucks and I was happy. It's unfortunate that I have to take my Itasca to a Competitor for quality repairs, but the service was great, they were friendly and I will be back. Service Writer was Dennis. | ||
