Also my car and RV set up for towing.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Everything was done right the first time. On time and at the agreed to cost. They are not the least expensive but they do the job right and standby their work. Will return anytime. They checked the system and recharged it. They couldn't find a leak. A year later, all's still well. I returned a few months later complaining that it wasn't cooling enough and they checked it, nothing wrong. Cooling as it should be. That fix took little more than 20 minutes, but their technician Jeff also found that one of our air conditioners wasn't cooling as it should. Their service advisor, Paul ordered a replacement AC/HP and scheduled a time with us to replace the unit. That replacement only took about 1 hour. We have been to Independence RV for service on several occasions and in each visit we have always been treated with the utmost respect, they have always kept us informed as to what they found, and the solutions that would be done, as well as made every effort to insure we were comfortable while we waited on the service. I would definitely recommend their organization for sales and service.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   The work was done efficiently, professionally, and accurately, We were continuously informed as to what was found and how they were going to solve the problem. I felt that we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. Thank God! They found the air hose disconnected as well as repaired levelers, pump switch, slide out.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   My contact Ricky in service is top. They were honest and even charged less than the quote. Even though I have a Freightliner, they will certainly be my service center in Orlando. I plan to buy my next coach from them as well.   Value of Service:   Excellent   Quality of Service:   Excellent       Date of Service:   10/11/2006   Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline   Service Performed:   Engine and transmission oil and filter change; re-caulk entire coach lower half (warranty); repaint entire lower half of coach (warranty); repair minor leak in front cap (warranty); replace battery tray.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   EXCELLENT. I had pointed out a small area of the caulking which needed repair, they stripped and re-caulked the entire coach.
