| Service Performed: | I had the need for service while on the road this week. The "roller" that holds down the awning over the slide came loose while I was driving to Lubbock, Texas. I went by Billy Sims Trailer Town in Lubbock and let them know I was traveling and they fit me in the next morning. They made the necessary repairs and had me on my way in 45 minutes and would not accept any compensation for there efforts. That doesn't happen very often, although I have had work done by them in the past w/o any complaints. Just wanted to let anyone who might need some help while in that area what kind of service I had gotten. Good luck! Good Job | ||
