| Service Performed: | New ECM and 1 injector on Cat 3126, oil / filter change. | ||

They caused the ECM to ark by placing the negative on first then positive, I watched them but they denied it, they way overcharged me, after checking it is a 1500.00 replacement and 3 hrs, they charged me 5000.00 to do the computer and 1500.00 to install a rebuilt injector, I don't think it needed it. Then to top it off they quoted me $150.00 for the oil filter change then charged me 350.00. It took 5 times them saying come and pick it up its ready but they didn't program it right. I called them also for a service call for low power they came plugged in computer and said everything is OK the tech said change out the fuel filters, so I did, still no power,,,upon inspection I found a crack in turbo hose connection,the tech never even looked in the engine compartment,,,cost me 250.00 for nothing.
I stay very far away from them and will not recommend them to anybody. |
