| Service Performed: | Problem with fraying carpet edge, bad seal on window, obtain remotes for TV and DVD, bed slide making loud thump, city water check valve failed. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | In 30 days, only 2 items were fixed. We got the RV for road trip without all repairs done. One man shop--no front office support or adequate shop techs to help. No returning phone calls. | ||

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Jeremy got my coach in with no appointment and finished all my issues within a week. My coach looked brand new with the quality of body work they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone. | ||

| Service Performed: | I purchased a 2003 Wildcat from this dealer in Feb 04, and have had nothing but problems. Trailer was not cleaned prior to delivery so when slides were closed vinyl floor was damaged, Bedroom window had to be replaced 3 times, bathroom tub replaced, back wall repaired,dinette installed, kitchen slide adjusted, couch secured, vents replaced. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Mountain states quality of work, customer service was all poor. Trailer finally sent back to factory to have work done. At the conclusion of my warranty I will find another dealer to work on my rig. | ||
