Poor, window installed upside down, next rain storm flooded the interior. They did fix it and make good on the error. Also used the wrong sealer on the
exterior windows, looked bad after the repair. Had the unit back to them for structural problem (not caused by them) unable to figure out the problem, took it else where. |

| Service Performed: | Roadmaster Tow plate installed on new tow vehicle. Signal and braking lights installed on new tow vehicle. SMI Air Force 1 braking system removed from old tow vehicle. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | From the very first contact, the staff at Miller's were totally helpful and joined me in the effort to accumulate the parts and items needed to outfit our new tow vehicle for the road. We are full-time RVers and were only planning to be in town for a limited period of time. Miller's allowed me to order parts and equipment from various online sources and have them delivered to their site for installation. William even set up an area for me to use my computer in their showroom next to the coffee bar!! Our mechanic, Cory, was friendly and invested in the job we needed to have done and the time frame we had to have it completed. We were in contact constantly and never had a question go unanswered. He was helpful with suggestions for the method of installation and clean and efficient in his work. Their charges for "shop time" are more than reasonable. We had a very good experience and would certainly recommend this facility. | ||
