Had my Newmar American star in for wheel bearing repack and new shocks. I asked them to check the rest of the suspension and they found a major
problem. The center point on both sides had failed due to the bolt hole being elongated. They had to weld new plates on and replaced all the hardware and bushings. I knew there was a problem and thought it was just the shocks. They found the problem before I had an accident. I thank them for that. |

Everyone I have talked to at Harold's has been very pleasant and professional (parts, service and store personnel). The work done on my RV was
done quickly, and was done right the first time. Their labor rates are also less expensive than many places in the Lehigh Valley area. I will not hesitate to bring my RV back to Harold's for any future service needs. |

| Service Performed: | Warranty work RV purchased at a dealer in SC. Replaced bad axle-fixed water leak on 2 slides-replaced frayed electrical wire on slide. Also 2 pages of little things wrong. | ||
