Evaluation of Service Performed:  
About 15% of the jobs were addressed after a wait of 13 months. They had the 5th wheel available to them for 13 months. They stalled vacillated, prevaricated then finally farmed the work out to an independent RV repair man but gave him only two items on the list. One job was completed, the other was not. Manufacturer supplied parts lost or otherwise went amiss. This is the Company Sales and Service representative in our area or "Citation" General Coach, the manufacturer. My opinion, Do Not purchase or take work here for warranty. Do not do business with this company. You may regret it
Spring preparation package, service brakes, lubricate slides, check seals, etc ($300 customer responsibility), AND several warranty items ($500 ?).
Booked the coach five weeks ahead, made arrangements to live elsewhere for the 2 days of shop time required. After the start of Day 3 with still no work started, pulled rig.
Dealer service group totally inept, disorganized, and uncaring Management. For example, while on our 9 month road trip, copied them on an e-mail to manufacturer regarding cracked frame, this selling dealer asked us why we advised him of the frame failure. No interest in customer satisfaction or customer service!
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
At time of purchase, dealer custom installed a larger microwave oven, and did a lovely job. After sales support and service non-existent. This dealer poorly represents his manufacturers, cannot understand why he still is authorized to perform warranty work for them!
