Date of Service:
8/6/2004

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Tires replaced - station disposed of extenders without notifying me. When I called them to inquire they ordered extenders for me which I picked up and then found they were not the correct ones. They installed tires with all birth dates on inside & the dates were not what the station had told me they were. When they installed the tires & added balancing balls they didn't mention that would make the RV difficult to drive so I returned to the station immediately only to be told it was to be expected and by the way I need new rear brakes.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
This "service" station does not communicate with the customer - perhaps it's because I was a woman by herself.
