The heating element went out in my 10 gallon hot water heater. They found that a short had caused the element to burn out and replace the burned wires, thermostat, limit switch and heating element. I had the problem diagnosed at another service company and they did not have the heating element to replace the bad one.

Evaluation of Service Performed:

Jack Sizemore didn't have the part that was called for but, found that another one would substitute for for that element. All the specifications were the same. We are full-timers and was passing through Amarillo. We stopped and they worked us in and treated us better than anyone could as for. They furnished us cold drinks and everyone was extremely friendly. We felt like we had made a lot of new friends. They wrote the book on customer service. It is how you always wanted to be treated.
