Coach was overheating and had to be towed to Branson Motorcoach

Diagnostics took a while since part of the problem was a broken plug-in an electrical junction box as well as a bad clutch on the cooling fan. A squeaking
serpentine belt was discovered caused by a bad belt tensioner. All this took several days and my wife and I returned home in Mississippi. I was kept
informed as to progress and returned to pick up the coach on 06/17/2015. All was repaired and the coach had been washed. Everything worked on the way
home and no overheating.

I called and made an appointment to have my jack looked at. I had been told that it was bent and is leaking fluid. Also, I wanted my motor home
serviced and the refrigerator pilot light checked because it would not convert to gas when the electric service was off.
Since we are full-time RVers, we are not in a position to drop off the RV for you to work on at your leisure. It is not a simple matter for us to pull up
the jacks and run the RV over for you to complete work that should have been done. I scheduled this work to be done while we made a trip to the
Oklahoma City area. I arrived at your shop on Thursday morning, June 5th, as scheduled and went over what was to be completed with Ken & Nate. I
was assured that everything would be done by Monday afternoon.
I called from Oklahoma and talked with Ken on Monday at 9:00 am. He told me that everything would be finished by 3:30. It was decided that I
could pick my RV up after 3:30. When I arrived I was informed that my RV had not even been in the shop yet and it would be Tuesday afternoon
before everything would be completed. We could have stayed in Oklahoma with family for another day, but returned to Branson to pick up the motor
home. Consequently, we had to check into a hotel to spend the night.
When I arrived Tuesday I was informed that the jack still had not been looked at and only the service and pilot light was completed. I would have to
make another appointment to have the jack looked at.
One of the things I find most disturbing is, one of the very last things I said to Ken was that the pilot light was not working so the refrigerator was not
functioning. Because we had left food in the refrigerator I requested that it be looked at ASAP. Ken said not to worry because the RV was going to be
stored inside and would be plugged in.
The refrigerator was not looked at and evidently the unit was not plugged in the entire time it was at your facility. When I arrived back to the park and
got set up, we looked inside and all our food was spoiled. We ended up throwing away over $300.00 worth of food.
This is the worst experience we have ever had with an RV service. The refrigerator still does not switch to gas. I question whether the service work
was done or whether I was just told it was done. As a precaution I plan on having the RV serviced at another garage so I will be paying again for work I
paid you to do. Not only did you not perform the service promised, but you did not do due diligence to protect our property while it was in your
care. Your disregard for our situation is more disturbing than your failure to perform the service work.
Unfortunately, I have little recourse other than writing this letter. We are workamping at a local RV park and are frequently asked for
recommendations for repair work on RVs. Please be assured that your business will not be recommended. Also, I plan to contact the BBB and the
appropriate web sites to inform them of our experience.

EXCELLENT to put it in one word. We have used BMC before for different problems and as before, work was done very professionally, with quick and correct diagnostics and follow up. Care of bus while there was exceptional. Their word is good and they honor their word very well. Best thing I can say, is that is my place to go for periodic maintenance as well as any other problems that require professional work.

Diagnosis and replacement of failed part was done quickly, professionally and above all, ethically! Hey, they could have had me for a fuel pump, another $1,000!
