These people were clueless. I pointed to the drivers side front where the problem was. They replace other ride height valves then mistakenly thought the front valves were different from the back. I had to put them on the phone with 1/800 Freightliner to show them same part number. They had my motorhome for 3 weeks... They thought my part was back ordered and didn't have any idea when it would be in. They should be embarrassed to call themselves Freightliner specialists!!! Oh, then there was the all the grease tracked inside. These people absolutely do not care about you or your motorhome

Had several things on my list including checking and adjusting the ride height and checking the alignment. Rig was wandering and had excessive side to side sway. They are open 24/7 and told me there was a 48 hour delay in getting work done. Promised to have the coach completed in 4 days max.

On the 5th day, they started work. Sent me a bill for what should have been warranty work. Did not finish all things on the list due to me going on the 6th day to pick up the rig since we had already delayed our vacation/time off work for 2 days. They did the work fine but felt they could not care less if they helped me. I asked if I was to have the same time type of service when I brought it in for the balance of the work and they commented that they are really busy and will have to see.
