Service Performed:  
We have had the worst experience with our RV. We spent almost $100,000 for a new RV from Sportsmobile of Texas that we
thought we could use without worry for several years and it has ended up being the worst lemon we have ever owned, and my
husband has owned some pretty old RVs. With less than 26,000 miles the thing is falling apart. A whole laundry list of
items that broke or stopped working. It left us stranded three times, and Mercedes Benz did not honor their warranty for any
of those things. What a terrible product Sportsmobile and Mercedes have put out.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
We dropped the RV off at Sportsmobile November 15th and did not get it back until February 17th. It is too soon to say if
the repairs they made with the camper portion will hold up. The company that delivered it damaged the plumbing to the
black water tank while unloading it off the trailer. We will take it elsewhere for repair.
Mercedes Benz of Boerne did NOT repair the engine problem after being in possession of it from November 29 - January 17.
Said they could not duplicate the problem.
