Evaluation of Service Performed:
We stopped here after our malfunctioning parking brake resulted in serious air pressure loss making our motorhome virtually undrivable. Joe and his team
worked on our motorhome all the next day even though we didn't have an appointment. At our request they gerry-rigged the parking brake so we could
continue our travels until parts could be expressed to us. In addition, at my request they replaced a leak prone primary fuel filter assembly with a genuine
CAT filter. They had a 50A outlet we could connect to overnight and a pleasant driver's lounge we could relax in while the work was being done. All in all
the overall price of for the work done was at bit less than I expected. Not all CAT dealers will work on on-highway trucks and some that do don't like
working on motorhomes. The folks here were cordial and didn't object to
servicing a motorhome.
