corporate. Suggest you DO NOT deal with Camping World for anything.

Several warranty items that needed to be fixed. We told them we needed it back by a certain date since we had a vacation planned. It took them 2 months.
The work we needed done was not even started until I called a week before we were due to go out. It was simple stuff like fix the bathroom door frame, fix
the bunk motor over the driver compartment, calibrate the levelers so they work on auto. Just overall poor, poor customer service. It actually took my wife
going in the store and screaming at the manager to get our unit back.

The work that was supposed to be done was terrible. The bathroom door frame was screwed together with a screw that broke the molding they covered it
with wood grained tape to make it difficult to see. The bunk still does not work correctly and the side covers are missing screws so they flop around. I use
the leveling system in manual mode because it's doing the same thing it was doing when we brought it in. Now to top it all off while coming home from a
recent trip the entire door frame that they supposedly repaired fell off while we were going down the road. I posted some of these issues on a camping
world forum along with the fact that the general manager there was useless in helping us. He actually got up and walked away from the service area when
we started to complain. The service manager lied right to our faces telling us our repairs would be done the next day when they hadn't even been started.
So when I put all of this on the camping world site the useless general manager actually had the nerve to look up my information and call me. He was rude
and demanding and thought he could bully me around. I guess he was mad because I called him useless. Big freaking baby. So instead of trying to get to
the bottom of my problem he decided that it would be better if we didn't come to his store again. I have no problem with that but I thought they were in
business to get customers and make them happy not try to intimidate them with their loud voice and interruptions. I'll take my business anywhere but
there!

Bought a DirecTV HD antenna. They charged $200.00
more than the factory list price PLUS installation but
I wanted it anyway. When I picked it up it didn't
work and the rear TV wasn't even wired into the
system. They said they didn't know it had a rear TV.

really needs a better RV dealer.

It worked when we dropped it off but not after picking it up. The previous owner, Mr. Hawley, sold out a couple of years ago to that monopoly called
"Camping World", who did the disgraceful work.
