Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Was stranded beside the road and towed to this facility. Service call revealed that the alternator had seized causing the serpentine belt to shred causing
peripheral damage to the electric clutch on the engine fan. Extended service plan I have tried to get the repair shop to install a 150amp alternator when
original equipment was a 170amp alternator. Repair shop refused to install anything other than original equipment spec. This was something that some
repair facilities would not have bothered to pursue so I feel this shop went beyond the normal call of duty. Work was performed by a certified diesel
mechanic and everything was restored t original condition per specs.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Shop owner was extremely helpful and friendly. He even bought me lunch while I waited on my motorhome. Some parts required an extra day to secure so he
offered to let us stay in our unit in a secured yard. We chose otherwise as we have two large dogs traveling with us. Work was very satisfactory. Shop was well
qualified and I am very happy with everything done at this facility and would recommend it to others in need of expert service on their Class A Diesel.
