Date of Service:
2/18/2013

Work Done on:
Heavy Duty Truck

Service Performed:
We had a suspicious oil leak. After talking to our "home" mechanic, he advised us to seek immediate expert help as he thought we had 0 rings that
were bad on our high pressure oil pump on our 7.3 diesel. Williams Diesel spent over an hour searching, cleaning, and evaluating our situation. They
could not find a leak. They asked us to drive the truck at highway speed for about 40 minutes and come back to the shop. They again, spent time
under the hood.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
It was ultimately determined that we had no oil leak. The shop that did our oil change, had spilled oil on the top of the engine and it pooled in
crevices, etc. Williams Diesel spent a lot of time trouble shooting our truck and refused to take one dime from us. They only asked that we tell
others about their service. They said that they have the best diagnostic service for diesels in central Florida. We believe it!
