Service Performed:  
Replace cylinder after spark plug exploded out of seating.
V10 engine.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
Parts came in sooner than expected. Service Mgr. allowed us to park with electric. for 1 week while waiting for parts.
Work took 2 1/2 days during which time we stayed in motel.
Pets allowed in waiting room. Everyone was very polite and professional. We are now 200 miles away and the engine runs flawlessly. They could be a bit more careful with hand prints and dirt but it wasn't anything that wasn't easily cleanable. Work was covered by warranty and their was no different treatment based on that. Another rig came in with a minor problem while we were waiting and they took him immediately, fixed his problem and he was gone within the hour.
