Service Performed:  
Corrected an intermittent starting issue with the
Maxxforce 7 engine in my 2012 Allegro Breeze that had not been corrected at another International dealer in Charlotte, NC.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
After discussing in detail the issue with the technician, an IDM relay was replaced under warranty. Only issue I had was "neatness" of technician's work, but it seemed minor in
comparison to having my coach properly repaired.
