Bill $2500 took 5 days as service dept full. Some of
the best service I have received in Houston. 4 RV's
on lot waiting for service on hook up. People
staying in RV. 2nd shift no longer in service after
July so shop closing earlier. Only
complaint, updates on progress limited.

Made appointment 2 weeks in advance, waited 4 hours before they looked at it. Was told $250 when appointment was made. When finished, they did no
work only said I needed $1400 of repairs, said I owed $450 for inspection. I was lucky the person I made the appointment with was there to back me up.
Service manager told me 3 times, next time I brought it back, it would be $450. Needless to say I will not be back.

Check engine light had come on. Diagnosed as a failed turbo/manifold gasket. Located a hole in the exhaust system that also needed repair. Did not
have an appointment but they squeezed us in between others.

Arrived on a Monday morning and they squeezed us in between others for diagnosis. See above for results. We stayed in their parking lot overnight and
they took us in the next morning at 7:30AM. Spent all day in the shop. Removed the exhaust system and instead of replacing the piping at a cost of
$1366, sent it out for repairs, and reduced the cost to $200. Replaced the turbo housing gasket and were finished by 5PM. First class service,
knowledgeable people and communicated everything before, during and after the service. Left the coach as clean as they found it.

The people in the service department are very nice and courteous, but what should have been a simple 3 hour job
took all day. Took 1.5 hours to get a simple estimate before work could even begin. Then they "had to go pick up a transmission filter" at another shop. We waited 2 1/2 hours and when the filter arrived it was the wrong part number. That's when they discovered they had the correct filter in stock all along. Overcharged me by $140 for labor, which they did refund. VERY pricey with a labor rate of $129 an hour. Worst part was when we got back to the campground I discovered the just serviced transmission was 4 quarts low. Not reommended. Note: they do have electric hookups but the shop is in a very rough part of Houston. They recommended we not spend the night in their lot.
