Service Performed:
Broke down on I-75 just south of Lake City Fl. The problem was determined to be the fuel pump, Ford super duty chassis.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Since we were in our RV they ordered part and gave us priority. We have not driven it much since this was fixed, but had no issues with it for the 200 mile
trip home. We would use them again if we were in the area and needed chassis repairs. They do not work on motorhome problems.

RV quit running and had check engine light on while traveling across Interstate 10 in Florida. We called Good Sam and they gave us phone numbers to several repair shops in the Lake City area. We were able to get started again after adding some anti-freeze and water. We called Johnny's and followed directions to get there. The mechanic who looked at it said he thought it was an oil problem, he also hooked it up to the computer which showed nothing wrong with the engine. Adding some oil solved the problem.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Not only did they take us in at a moments notice, they determined that the only thing that needed to be done was to add some oil to the engine and they didn't charge me one cent!
