Date of Service:
12/16/2004

Work Done on:
Class A - Gasoline

Service Performed:
Had alternator trouble on trip cross country stopped at Abilene RV listed by FMCA(West Texas RV). They worked on it two and a half hours one afternoon and four hours the next day. Sent us on our way $258.00 dollars poorer and two hundred miles away started losing the battery charge again.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Workers were careful around the rig but place was slip shod, and the only reason we thought we had the trouble fixed was they recharged the battery and replaced our battery isolator, which wasn't broke (see Harris Starter and Alternator review).
They did not have the proper diagnostic tools nor the knowledge to address the problem.
