Had warranty work done shortly before the end of the warranty period. (1) Hot water heater only worked on propane, (2) grip
handle loose, (3) floor trim loose, (4) light fixture cover would not stay on, (5) roof leaks, (6) basement doors locks not
working.

Evaluation of Service Performed:  
|
Waited weeks for parts. Never got a call with updates so had to call them. One part was incorrectly ordered and had to be
reordered causing more delays. Out of the six items only half were repaired. Sent email to John Steuber stating items were
not fixed, but did not get a reply. Did not have any hopes that they would ever fix the items so I did not try to attempt
getting them to complete their work.

sprung off.

Evaluation of Service Performed:  
|
After waiting almost 3 months for "parts to arrive", I
got an appointment, and then they kept the rig for
weeks. Picked the rig up after hours, and when I
opened the side door for the first time on the way
home, I found they had torn the sliding screen door off
the track, and then left it that way for me to find.
They also replaced a cabinet latch that I had EXPRESSLY
told them in written instructions did NOT need
replacing. In doing so, they stripped out the screws
and now not only is the latch screwed up, but so is the
door. I emailed them several weeks ago as to how they
were going to rectify the problem, nothing, no return
correspondence.

Had our rig towed to this shop for a transmission leak - we were 100 miles away and told this is the 'only place' that was able to do work on our class A.

Evaluation of Service Performed:  
|
Unable to find any leaking after I had already 'leaked' at two different gas stations. Picked it up and hit the road, two states away we lost all of our transmission pulling into a campground. Brought it to a transmission shop and the problem was easily located and promptly fixed at a quarter of the price the original shop charged to tow and 'look' at our problem.
