Replaced blown fuses on the 120/12v converter. repaired damage to electrical lines on refrigerator slide out. Adjusted awning arms to close properly.
Checked non operating electric motor on back stabilizers.

Replaced fuses on converter and electrical on refrigerator slide. Did not correct the awning problem but charged for it. Charged an hour labor to check
the stabilizer motor which is a 5 minute job. Total bill was almost 600.00 dollars. Cannot recommend them.

Repair or replace black water valve, leak & odor. Reseal unit. Replace door and screen. Repair or replace back wall. Repair or replace decals. Repair or
replace front vent cap. Repair or replace slide-out seals. All 3 waste water valves don't close. Repair or replace hitch pin cover.

Evaluation of Service Performed:  
|
The black water valve was not repaired only patched poorly (This had to be re-done in another shop). The reseal was not done properly and had to be
redone by another shop. A new door and screen was installed and the screen door fell off within 2 days and another shop repaired that. Whomever
removed the old decals at Great Lakes/RV Capitol Service Center used a metal scraper and left dozens of scrapes and gouges in the surface. The back
wall was not properly anchored and it will need to be redone soon. The slide out seals were replaced but not aligned properly. The waste water valves
were never taken apart or checked and still leak. The hitch pin cover was replaced but not bolted to the hitch frame-work. The company owner
promised to repair or arrange for repair on all the items listed but never called or contacted us again. This person has also failed to respond to
correspondence from the Indiana Consumer Complaint Division of the Attorney General Office.

They do a lot of warranty work and believe me we had a lot at least 9-13 pages lost count. They were absolutely perfect they even let us stay in the camper on site. We would go back there for any work that needs to be done.

The tech who was in charge of all the repairs was Tony he was a really good tech and made sure everything was done to our specs. I would recommend him to anyone.
