I first posted about my refrigerator problem on RV.Net and Bryant pointed out the service manuals available on his site. I was able to down load the correct manual for my Norcold and step through the diagnostic procedure.
Since this was a new to me MH, I was leary of replacing a Power Supply board without knowing if the fridge would work. So I called Bryant and he told me over the phone how to jump the boards and see if the fridge got cold.

Bryant was very helpful diagnosing my problem. He even gave me a few pointers on what to look out for if I had other issues with the fridge.
He is a very honest fellow. I have now heard from others that he does excelent work and is fair about it.
