Bought a used 5th wheel 'as-is' from them with the understanding that all safety checks would be done - including the brakes - and necessary repairs made. Also, they were to install goose neck hitch on 5th wheel, we have ball in bed of truck, and a 7-wire plug in the bed of the truck, they told us ours was only a 6-wire and wouldn't work on the 5th wheel. Truck was new to us. Arrangements were made 2 weeks prior to pick-up of 3/25.
When we got there on 3/25 at the scheduled time, they did not have the hitch parts & plug parts. They came in about an hour later. They did not dump the tanks before we left - and the black water tank was full. They also didn't give us the keys - and couldn't find them when we called about them.
As an apology after I complained, they offered to do some seal work around the slides that we thought we were going to have to do. They also sent us a new lockset with keys and 2 keys for the bays.
However, on the way back to MO from FL, the new 7-wire plug quit working when we boondocked at a rest area. DH was looking for a loose wire under the truck and discovered an original 7-wire plug there that no one had mentioned. It worked. Contacted Dusty's once again and was told warranty work should be done in their facility but since we were already 5 hours away, we could make arrangements with another Camping World.
Once we were back 'home' in MO, we discovered that all 4 tires had to be replaced due to dry rot AND the brakes on the back axle weren't engaging at all. Not sure what kind of safety check they did but it sure didn't involve much. No response from them anymore.

People seem very nice but the Service Department seems highly disorganized.

All staff were courteous. Work was done correctly. Unfortunately, the part was charged at 50% higher than quoted by their parts dept. Labor charged was 40% higher than estimated. Install was not more difficult than anticipated. Service dept refused to adjust charges for part or labor. Dusty's is able to do good work, but I would avoid paying their prices if I had other options.

Had a tear to the roof. Body shop replaced the entire roof after the insurance adjuster approved the job.

The TPO roof replacement was performed in the time frame quoted by the shop supervisor. The roof looks better than it did from the factory and there have been no leaks. The unit was cleaned thoroughly before being returned. I was allowed to see the progress and to talk with the technicians while they worked on the roof. I could not be happier with the quality of the work or the technicians. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing body work on their RV.
