Poor: charged for 2.5 hours service and unable to repair or determine problem with satellite! Replace awning sensor and it did not close awning in high winds. Was billed a total of $237.50 for the satellite troubleshooting and was told did not know what was wrong!!!! Also, billed $367.23 for awning sensor (plus tax) and not working still!!!
The back up monitor had to be rebooted and the tech charged .3 hours to unplug the power and reconnect $18.50 for this. The slide lock was not engaged on the motor and I was charged .1 hours or $9.50 to be shown this!
My advice. Stay away from any Fleetwood or American Coach product. They have not good will for the customer what so ever. They bill for service even if repairs are not completed!!!!!

We were able to conduct by email pictures of all the damage as we were in Texas and the factory was located in Indiana. We received an estimate for the repairs. We were told the work would take 3 days but in the end took 5 days. We were very pleased with the quality of the repairs and the final bill was within $8.00 of the estimate. All of this despite the many changes that are taking place because of the current economy and the hopefully "temporary" closings of so many of the Fleetwood manufacturing enterprises. Attitudes of employees was good despite the uncertainty of the future. In fact, Candi (who had been so wonderfully helpful to us) was no longer working. We would not hesitate to drive the many miles back to Decatur and would highly recommend their service to others owning Fleetwood products.

All was repaired the first visit and without delay. They start very early in the AM and at times A/C had 4 people working on our coach, for some of those were working on others whom were done so they came to get us out. And they did a fantastic job ASAP, and also requested we rate the work and satisfaction level we had. Very Pro-Active company.
