After over 3 years of use, my front air conditioner began making a noise like the fan was rubbing.
A phone call to Dometic and check of their website gave several choices for repair. Phone calls to a few suggested none really repaired them. I was sure I was going to have to buy a new one since I was six months past the Dometic warranty. I tried to fix it twice myself and failed. Tim, one of the techs at Holiday, listened to it and decided the bearings were going out in the motor. The motor was ordered.
My motorhome was there for a less than a day for trouble shooting. It took a week to get the part. I returned the motorhome for less than a day for the repair. Having tried to fix it my self, I asked Tim how he would get to the motor. His answer was, "It is ugly. You don't want to see!"

Holiday has a huge new service facility. Several techs and the service manager have been there a long time. The labor charge was for two hours.
A blanket was spread on the entry and a cover put on the drivers chair. They even washed the entire motorhome! I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Returned a Class "A" motorhome for repairs. The coach spent 120 days in there Fife/Everett facility. Just about every thing that was touched was botched.
