Service Performed:
Nail in flat tire. 6 hours to arrive. Claimed our tires were obsolete, must put on new "other" tire. Settled for used tire. Tire dealer 20 miles away had our tires in stock. He would not repair our tire, said "too big" to repair. He put on the used tire, we drove to tire dealer, had our tire repaired ($36) and threw away the damaged used tire we paid him $175 for ($266 total + trip charge to CoachNet). Real rip-off. Tired their best to get as much money out of us as possible.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
He got us on the road after 6 hours, but we felt was deceptive about several things regarding our tires.(obsolete, too large to repair) The tire he brought would not hold air at first. It was old and very hard, and had a repaired sidewall which was dangerous per the tire dealer. Finally got it working.

The tow truck driver was "T J" I was impressed with his professional and though work that he did. Was very careful with our rig.
